At OneBiz, we strive to provide complete transparency and satisfaction. However, because our services are professional, time-based, and dependent on government processing, refund eligibility depends on the stage at which a service has progressed. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Service-Based Refund Policy
A refund of our professional fees may be considered only where:
The service has not yet been initiated or processed by us or by any authority; or
Payment has been made in error, or a duplicate transaction has occurred.
Once documentation preparation, filing, submission, or processing has begun — including where a DSC has been issued, an application has been drafted, or a portal submission has been made — our professional fees are not refundable. A service is treated as “initiated” from the point work begins, whether or not a government acknowledgement has been received.
2. Change of Mind
Refunds are not available where you decide not to proceed after engaging us, or where you are unable to provide the documents, KYC, or signatures required to complete the service. Where work has been partly performed at the point of cancellation, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a proportionate adjustment of unearned professional fees after deducting the value of work already performed.
3. Government and Third-Party Fees
Any government filing fees, challans, stamp duty, DSC costs, portal charges, or third-party expenses are non-refundable, even if the application is delayed or rejected by the authority for any reason. Such amounts are paid to third parties and are outside our control.
4. Rejected or Delayed Applications
Where an application is rejected or delayed due to an error attributable to us, we will re-file or correct the matter at no additional professional fee. This constitutes the extent of our obligation in such cases and does not create an entitlement to a refund. Where rejection or delay results from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information or documents provided by you, additional professional fees will apply to rectify the filing.
5. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@onebiz.co.in from the email address registered with us, and must be acknowledged by us in writing to be effective. Requests made verbally, through chat, or through any other channel will not be treated as valid cancellation requests until confirmed in writing.
6. Processing Time and Mode
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method, subject to verification and to our right to adjust any outstanding amounts owed to us. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees only, and any bank charges, gateway charges, or currency conversion costs are not refundable.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with us in writing, we reserve the right to suspend the related service and to contest the chargeback with the evidence of the work performed and these Terms. Where a chargeback is raised in respect of services already performed or fees validly non-refundable under this Policy, we may recover the disputed amount together with associated costs.
8. Scope
This Policy applies only to amounts paid to OneBiz. It does not govern refunds, cancellation windows, or disputes relating to third-party services, government portals, or products procured from other vendors, which are governed by the terms of those providers.

10. Governing Law
Any billing or refund-related dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
